Terms & Conditions
1. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on the initial assessment and information provided at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered or if the customer requests changes to the original scope of work.
2. Licensed and Insured
D. R. Stratton Electric LLC is fully licensed and insured to perform electrical work in accordance with applicable state and local regulations. This ensures all work is completed safely and professionally.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Larger projects may require a deposit and/or scheduled progress payments.
Late payments may be subject to a fee of 2%, applied after 14 days past the due date.
4. Scheduling and Access
Customers agree to provide safe and timely access to the work area. Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or customer unavailability may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
5. Permits and Code Compliance
When required, permits will be obtained and all work will meet or exceed applicable electrical codes and standards.
6. Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
7. Warranty and Workmanship
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any concerns related to completed work should be reported promptly. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment where applicable.
8. Liability
D. R. Stratton Electric LLC is not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues, hidden conditions, or problems unrelated to the agreed scope of work.
9. Changes to Scope of Work
Any changes or additional work requested beyond the original agreement may result in updated pricing and timeline adjustments.
10. Safety
We reserve the right to pause or stop work if unsafe conditions are present at the job site.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By approving work from D. R. Stratton Electric LLC, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
